Fall Classes: Textbooks go on sale August 2, 2010. Books purchased before this date are not refundable! The deadline for returns on books purchased after August 2nd is Sept. 10, 2010, as long as they meet our new refund policy guidelines. Books not meeting the refund policy may be sold back at our December 10, 13 & 14 buyback.
NEW REFUND POLICY
- Full refunds will be given through September 10, 2010 with a receipt and drop slip.
- All textbook returns without a drop slip will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
- Last day to return books is September 10, 2010 (no exceptions!).
Refunds will be given for textbooks only if the following conditions are met:
- New textbooks show no sign of use or wear (unopened, unmarked, and in original condition).
- Shrink-wrapped or boxed text, software, or packages are not opened. Please be sure you want to keep it before you open it.
- Choose carefully: course packs, outlines, reference books, and study aides are non-refundable.

The bookstore is not responsible for any intended textbook return that does not meet the refund criteria. If you send a textbook back to the bookstore and it cannot be refunded, it will be the textbook owners responsibility for postage to have the textbook sent back to him/her.
